New Client Information

The first steps

Thank you for entrusting us with the care of your beloved pets. To ensure the highest level of service and safety for your furry companions, we require a consultation session prior to your first visit scheduled with us.

As part of our commitment to providing a safe environment for all pets in our care, we require up-to-date vaccination records for each animal. This helps protect the health and well-being of all of the pets in our care.

Cancellation Policy: We maintain a 24-hour cancellation policy. If a booking is not canceled with at least 24-hour notice, there will be a cancellation fee of $5 for standard visits and a $25 fee for overnight visits. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding regarding this policy.
