We appreciate your understanding—these fees help us account for the time we’ve reserved just for your pet.

Time & Scheduling Policy:
We understand that some pets may need a little extra time to settle in, potty, or receive additional attention. Because of this, we gladly allow up to 10 extra minutes at no charge when needed.

We also value the time of all our pet parents and the pets we care for.
That’s why:
-
We require a 1–2 hour arrival window for each visit to allow for traffic, unexpected delays, or emergency situations.
-
We always do our best to honor specific time requests, and we’ll communicate immediately if we’re running behind.
-
If additional time is needed (such as a pet care extension or late pickup for daycare/boarding), we’ll do our best to accommodate, but extra time may incur an additional fee.

This helps us stay on schedule and ensures we’re able to provide fair, dedicated care to every pet family we serve.

Health & Vaccination Requirements:
As part of our commitment to providing a safe and healthy environment for all pets in our care, we require up-to-date rabies vaccination records for each pet. This helps protect the well-being of every furry friend we serve.
We also kindly ask that you notify us if your pet has been sick within the past 30 days or is currently showing any signs of illness.

In addition, we require that all pets in our care are on a current flea and tick prevention routine to help maintain a clean, pest-free environment for everyone.

To further support our health and safety standards, our team members are trained to report any signs of illness they may observe during visits, such as digestive issues, behavioral changes, or visible injuries. If we notice anything concerning, we’ll contact you right away with full transparency and care.

Consultation & Initial Forms:
A signed Pet Agreement Form is mandatory before any initial visit. Please read our Consultation page for more information.

Consultations are required for all new clients to ensure we can provide the highest level of care. These are typically done in person. However, in rare cases where an in-person consultation cannot be scheduled in time, such as last-minute or same-day bookings, we require a virtual consultation (via phone or video call) and all forms to be signed before the visit begins.

If you're in need of urgent or same-day care, please contact us directly. We’re happy to accommodate these requests when availability allows, and will arrange a brief virtual meeting to review your pet’s needs and complete the necessary paperwork.

Payment Policy:
Payments are due after each service is completed, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. Late payments may incur a fee. If payment is not received in a timely manner, we reserve the right to suspend services and terminate the Pet Care Agreement until the balance is paid in full.

Holiday Pricing:
For holidays, we charge an additional $20 per day. However, to give back to our pet parents, we offer a 10% discount on all visits booked on Mother's Day, Father's Day, and Black Friday.

Privacy Policy:
We respect and protect the privacy of both our clients and team members. Any personal information shared with us including contact details, addresses, and pet care instructions will remain strictly confidential and will not be shared outside of our team.

We also uphold the privacy of our team members. Just as we protect client information, we do not disclose personal details about our staff.
We reserve the right to refuse service at any time, even after an agreement has been signed, in order to maintain the safety and integrity of our services.

Respect & Conduct Policy:
We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for both our clients and our team. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or behavior that makes a team member feel uncomfortable—including, but not limited to, sexual harassment, racism, verbal abuse, or intimidation—will result in the immediate termination of services and cancellation of the Pet Care Agreement.

Emergency & Veterinary Care Policy:
The safety and well-being of the pets in our care are always our top priorities. In the event of a medical emergency, we will make every effort to contact the pet parent immediately. If we are unable to reach you, we reserve the right to seek veterinary care at the closest available clinic.

Pet parents are responsible for all veterinary costs incurred during their pet’s care. We require a signed Emergency Authorization Form before any services begin. This ensures that your pet can receive immediate care, in the rare case of an emergency.

Inclement Weather Policy:
In the event of severe or hazardous weather conditions (such as hurricanes, flooding, icy roads, extreme heat/cold, or heavy storms), we will always prioritize the safety of your pet and our team.
If conditions make travel unsafe, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule or modify your visit.
Please note that outdoor activities like walks may be shortened or skipped entirely depending on the severity of the weather. In these cases, we will always ensure your pet is let out indoors (if possible), given a safe opportunity to potty in the yard (if conditions allow), receive extra love and attention, and feel as comfortable as possible.

Your pet’s safety and comfort come first, and we appreciate your understanding.

Pet Behavior & Safety Policy:
For the safety of all pets and team members, we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time if a pet exhibits aggressive, dangerous, or uncontrollable behavior. This includes excessive biting, lunging, or any behavior that poses a safety risk to themselves, our staff, or to other pets.

If any issues arise during a visit, we will contact the pet parent right away to discuss the situation and determine next steps together.
We also kindly ask that you let us know about any known triggers, areas your pet does not like to be touched, past trauma, or any history of fear-based or aggressive behavior. This helps us provide the safest, most personalized care possible for your pet.

Key & Home Access Policy:
If a key, door code, or other method of entry is required, clients must ensure we have reliable and timely access to the home. Any delays caused by inaccessible entry may result in a full-service charge.
We appreciate our clients taking the necessary steps to maintain a safe, secure, and smooth experience for both their pets and our team.

Boarding Policy:
Our 24-hour Boarding rate includes care for pets with a scheduled drop-off and/or pick-up time at or before 8 AM. We’re always happy to accommodate later times—please just communicate any changes in advance.

Please note that pets picked up or dropped off after 8 AM may incur a partial or full-day care fee, depending on the extended time they remain in our care.

We also offer pet pick-up and drop-off for $5 each way, and our boarding prices reflect care for 1–2 pets. For households with 3 or more pets, an additional $5 per pet, per night will apply.

Overnight Policy:
Overnight care is reserved for pets who are home alone while their guardians are away. For the safety and comfort of your pets and our team, we do not offer overnight services if another person will be present in the home during our stay.

On rare occasions, if we’ve established trust with the family and feel fully comfortable, we may proceed with overnight care even if someone is briefly present, but only if this is communicated and approved by us in advance.
This is the exception, not the norm. Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain a safe, respectful environment for both your pets and our team.

*For households with 3 or more pets, please contact us for customized pricing on Boarding and Overnight Stays, as rates may vary based on the pets' needs.

Photography Policy:
As part of our pet care services, we reserve the right to take photos inside and outside of the home strictly for business purposes. These photos serve as documentation of our services (e.g., clean bowls, fresh food, backyard time) and as updates for pet parents regarding their pet’s well-being. Photos will never be used for any other purpose.

While we love sharing adorable moments on social media, we respect our clients’ preferences. Pet parents have the right to decline having their pet’s photos shared publicly. If you would prefer not to have your pet featured on our social media, please let us know.

Third-Party Access Policy:
For safety and liability reasons, we require full disclosure if any third party (e.g., cleaners, contractors, friends, or family members) will be entering or is already present in the home during our scheduled visits. We are not responsible for any issues related to other individuals accessing the home during our services.

This includes overnight care—clients must inform us in advance if anyone will be entering the home or providing services outside the home (such as housekeeping, maintenance, or gardening). This helps us maintain a safe and predictable environment for your pet and our team.

We do not allow home entry to anyone unless prior approval has been given by the pet parent.
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if our policies are not followed, as we prioritize maintaining a safe environment for both the pets in our care and our team members.

Full Transparency Policy:
We value each and every one of our amazing pet parents. It is an honor to care for your babies, and we are committed to providing full transparency in everything we do. If we ever notice something out of the ordinary—such as a cut, unusual behavior, upset stomach, or anything concerning—we will notify you immediately and provide photos if possible. Your pet’s well-being is our top priority, and we believe in open communication every step of the way.
