The first steps: 30-Minute Consultation for $10
For new clients, we require a 30-Minute Consultation for $10 to answer your questions, gather detailed instructions of your pet's needs, and to familiarize ourselves with your pet’s supplies.
This Consultation includes meeting you and your pet at your home, taking photos of photographs of all items that are essential to your pet's visit (bowls, leashes, etc.), and collecting all needed details.

As part of our commitment to providing a safe environment for all pets in our care, we require up-to-date rabies vaccination records for each animal.
This helps protect the health and well-being of all of the pets in our care. Additionally, a signed Pet Agreement Form is required before any initial visit.

Our Policies for First-Time Visit bookings without a prior consultation
If a consultation isn’t possible before your first visit or if you need same-day booking for your visit, please contact us.
In such cases, we’ll need a brief phone call to review our pet care contract and gather the necessary information for your pet's visit. We may be able to accommodate your request of same-day bookings, if we have availability.
For first-time appointments without a prior in-person consultation, a minimum 30-minute visit is required.
This requirement gives our animal care specialists time to locate any essential pet items such as bowls and litter, as well as administering medication if needed.
The 30-minute minimum is a one-time requirement to ensure detailed and attentive care in a new environment.
Additionally, prior to the first visit booked with us, we kindly request photographs of all items that are essential to their pet's visit (bowls, leashes, etc.) via email or phone.
